Returns
Because our products are custom-made and personalised, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect personalisation once the order is confirmed. Please double-check all spelling, photos, and design choices before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives:

Damaged

With a production error (e.g. wrong name, incorrect image)

Or you received the wrong product
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we’ve assessed the issue. This typically takes 3–5 working days after approval.
We cannot issue refunds for:

Typos or design errors made by the customer

Slight colour differences due to screen variations

Late deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or postal delays out of our control
